Podcast Tour · Onboarding

Tell us your story,
so hosts want to hear it.

This is the material we'll use to pitch you to podcast hosts — so take your time. The more specific and honest your answers, the easier it is for a host to picture you as a guest before they've even met you.

Your answers save automatically on this device as you go — you can close this tab and pick up where you left off, as long as you return on the same browser.

What happens after you submit

  1. You submit this questionnaire and any assets (headshot, book cover).
  2. Your podcast tour team reviews everything and builds your pitch angles and target show list.
  3. We reach out to podcast hosts on your behalf — you don't need to do any pitching yourself.
  4. When a show says yes, the booking details go straight to your email, along with prep notes.
  5. You show up, record, and share the episode once it's live.

Shows may schedule or publish episodes weeks or months after booking — timelines are set by hosts, not by us. Neither the number of bookings nor audience size can be guaranteed.

Welcome back — we restored your saved answers.

First Stop

About you

The basics a host needs before they book you — and how you want to be introduced.

We only work with nonfiction authors — this is the subject you're the authority on, and what hosts will actually be booking you to talk about.

A decent microphone, working camera, and reasonable lighting make a real difference to how you come across.

Worth upgrading before your first interview — hosts notice audio quality more than almost anything else.

Second Stop

The book

What it's about, who it's for, and where it stands right now.

If you only had one sentence to describe the book to a stranger.

Third Stop

Your tour goals

This shapes which shows we target and how we pitch you — a tour built for book sales looks different from one built for authority or leads.

e.g. book sales, building authority, generating leads, speaking opportunities, career repositioning, general visibility

Book link, your website, a lead magnet, your newsletter, a consultation booking page, a social profile — be specific.

Fourth Stop

Your bio

Hosts usually want a short version for show notes and a longer one for their own reference.

Written as the host would read it live — "Our guest today is..." Third person, ready to read aloud.

Fifth Stop

Your stories

This is the heart of your pitch. Podcast hosts remember stories, not credentials — so answer these as if you were telling a friend, not writing a bio.

Please complete at least 3 of the 5 below — more is welcome, but 3 is the minimum we need to build a strong pitch.

Story One

Your origin story — why does this work matter to you?

Story Two

A turning point that changed your direction.

Story Three

A failure that changed what you believed.

Story Four

A personal or client transformation that illustrates your message.

Story Five

A surprising experience hosts wouldn't find in your bio.

If something doesn't fit the five prompts above but you think a host would love it, add it here.

Sixth Stop

Beyond the book

The ideas and opinions that make you a good conversation, not just a good pitch.

Give us 10 questions a host could ask you — these get used to build your guest profile and your pitch.

Seventh Stop

Credibility & assets

Helps us find the right-fit shows and vouch for you.

Eighth Stop

Booking logistics

So we can book you directly within your availability, without back-and-forth.

Click the windows that generally work for interviews. This isn't a live booking calendar — it just tells your team what to work with when saying yes to a host on your behalf.

Mon
Tue
Wed
Thu
Fri

Select all that fit — this is how we match you to the right shows.

The narrower the angle, the easier it is for us to find shows whose exact audience you're speaking to.

Ninth Stop

Repurposing

If you added Podcast Touring + Repurposing, a few details so we can turn your appearances into ongoing content.

Final Stop

Before you go

One last thing, then you're done.

Once submitted, this goes straight to your Digital Authors podcast team — we'll follow up before your first booking begins.

Thank you — this is exactly what we needed.

Your podcast tour team now has what it needs to start pitching you. We'll be in touch soon with next steps.
